"There is no must in art because art is free."
art since: 1956
I am particularly fond of woodcuts. I get inspiration from grains, knotholes and cracks in the wood and I like to work out the traces and structures. Sometimes I add drawings and collages to my woodcuts.
As an artist, I am self-taught. I acquired my technical knowledge by attending numerous art seminars in various workshops in Germany, Italy and Austria.
I am living in Eastfrisia which is a lovely part of Germany.

"I love and live art. My focus is on graphics with strict clear lines and the reduction to the essentials ... and I like the "W" with wind, water, waves, woodcut, walking, wellness, wine ..."
